Ingredients

100g freshly roasted coffee, coarsely ground

1L cold, filtered water
Brew Method

Add the coffee and cold water to a clean glass jar.

Stir gently, just enough to fully saturate the grounds.

Cover and steep in the refrigerator for 14–18 hours.

Strain slowly using a paper filter or fine mesh sieve.

Serve over ice.
Barista Tip
Grind slightly coarser than French press and let the coffee rest in the glass for about a minute before drinking.
This brief pause allows clarity and sweetness to fully open up.
