1. Processing Time

All coffee orders are freshly prepared and processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, or peak periods.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information becomes active within 24–48 hours.
