What you’ll need

  • 80g coarse-ground Aureo Café coffee

  • 1 liter cold, filtered water

  • Fresh orange peel (from ½ orange, peel only — no white pith)

  • Ice cubes

How to prepare

  • Add the coffee grounds to a large jar or carafe.

  • Gently add the cold water.

  • Add the fresh orange peel — just the outer layer.

  • Stir lightly, cover, and steep in the fridge for 14–16 hours.

  • Strain through a paper filter or fine mesh.

  • Serve over ice.
