Fresh orange peel (from ½ orange, peel only — no white pith)

How to prepare

Add the coffee grounds to a large jar or carafe.

Gently add the cold water.

Add the fresh orange peel — just the outer layer.

Stir lightly, cover, and steep in the fridge for 14–16 hours.
