Tasting Profile

Medium Roast

Our signature medium roast blend with rich toffee sweetness, dark chocolate depth, and bright citrus notes. This fan-favorite four-country blend creates an energizing and delightful cup that perfectly balances sweetness, richness, and brightness in every sip.

Altitude & Processing

900-2,100 MASL (meters above sea level)

This multi-origin blend combines beans from diverse altitudes and processing methods: Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for body and sweetness, Colombian beans (1,200-1,800m) fully washed for clean brightness, Guatemalan beans (1,500-2,000m) washed for balanced complexity, and Ethiopian beans (1,850-2,100m) washed for floral clarity. The varied processing methods create a harmonious cup with layers of chocolate, fruit, and brightness.

Origin & Region

Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia

Our signature blend sources from four distinct coffee regions: Brazilian beans from Cerrado's established farms, Colombian beans from Huila and Cauca's smallholder cooperatives, Guatemalan beans from Antigua and Huehuetenango's volcanic highlands, and Ethiopian beans from Guji's traditional farming communities.

Blend Composition

Ethiopian Heirloom Varietals, Caturra, Colombia, Castillo, Typica, Bourbon, Catuaí, Mundo Novo

This signature four-country blend showcases Ethiopian heirloom varietals for exceptional complexity and floral notes, Colombian Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo for clean brightness and balance, Guatemalan Bourbon and Typica for sweetness and structure, and Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo for rich body and chocolate foundation. These diverse varietals are a showcase of the world's finest growing regions.
