What you’ll need

18g freshly ground Aureo Café coffee (medium-fine)
120ml hot water
Ice cubes
120–150ml cold milk (or oat milk)

How to prepare

  1. Brew a strong coffee concentrate using your preferred method (pour-over, AeroPress, or moka pot).
    2. Fill a tall glass with ice.
    3. Pour the coffee slowly over the ice.
    4. Add cold milk gently — don’t stir aggressively.
    5. Optional: finish with a light swirl to blend naturally..
