What you’ll need

  • 18–20g medium-coarse ground Aureo Café coffee

  • 120ml hot water

  • Ice cubes

  • 1–2 tsp raw honey (to taste)

  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 60–90ml cold milk or oat milk

How to prepare


  1. Brew a strong coffee base using your preferred method.

  2. While the coffee is still hot, stir in the honey until fully dissolved.

  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix gently.

  4. Fill a glass with ice and pour the coffee over it.

  5. Add cold milk slowly.
